Baked Everything Bagel Salmon

  • 4 skinless salmon filets
  • 1 (8 oz) package fat-free cream cheese
  • ¼ cup low-fat sour cream
  • ¼ cup green onions (minced)
  • ½ cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • ½ tbsp salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions until smooth.
  3. Layer each fish filet with a good amount of the cream cheese mixture until completely covered on all sides.
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients, except for cooking oil, and coat each filet with a thick layer of seasoning.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear each side of the filets until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes per side).
  6. Place each filet on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 400F until cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).
