Maple Rosemary Sous-Vide Turkey

Ingredients
  • 1 turkey breast, boneless
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • ¼ C shallot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stalks fresh rosemary (about 2 T loose)
Instructions
  1. Heat the water bath to 165F.
  2. Vacuum seal all ingredients in bag.
  3. Place the bag in the water bath until the core of the turkey reaches at least 165F, about 2 hours.
  4. Slice turkey and serve over mashed potatoes, drizzle with cooking liquid.
