Buffalo Wing Hummus
Modified from Food Network magazine
- 1 can of garbanzo beans with bean juice
- 2 Tbsp tahini paste
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce or Sirracha
- 1/2 Tbsp celery salt
- 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
Put all ingredients in a food processor.
Puree until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy with baby carrots and celery.
