Kale Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F and line two cookie trays with foil.
  • Lay kale pieces out over the trays and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake at 375F until CRISP (about 10 minutes). NOTE: Be careful not to overcook or they will taste burnt.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic before serving.
