Combine all ingredients except 1/2 t salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade. Let marinade for 2-4 hours, flipping and re-rubbing half way through.
Preheat the oven to 375F. Season the chicken with the remaining 1/2 t salt and 1/2 t pepper. Place chicken, skin side up, on a well oiled baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes on 375.
Raise the temperature to 425F and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
