Orange Mint Hibiscus Mojitos
These mojitos are very unique, the hibiscus flowers give them a great pink color and a hint of floral flavor; very refreshing on a hot summer day.

- 2/3 cup agave nectar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp dried hibiscus leaves
- 1 small orange
- 3 limes cut into wedges
- 1 cup orange mint leaves or any kind of mint
- 3 cup sparkling water
- cup white rum
- ice
- extra mint for garnish
Heat water and agave nectar over medium heat with hibiscus until the sugar is dissolved (about 5-10 minutes).
Strain through a fine strainer, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
Food process the mint leaves with zest from 1/4 of the orange and a bit of ice.
Divide between 4 mojito glasses, add 4 lime wedges to each glass and muddle.
Add ice to each glass and top with 1.5 oz of rum, 2 tsp of hibiscus syrup (or more to taste), and ½ cup of sparkling water.
Garnish with thinly sliced limes and mint leaves.
