Ahi Tuna & Avocado Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Sushi-grade Ahi Tuna cubed
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/4 c yellow onion thinly julienned
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1 t crushed red pepper
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and toss to coat with sauce.
  • Serve over rice or alone.
  • Garnish with fresh scallion.
