Honey Rosemary Pears

  • 1 large pear peeled, halved and center removed
  • 1 T White Wine
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 c Honey
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 sprig rosemary


  • Heat wine, lemon, honey, water and rosemary in a small saucepan until simmering. Vacuum-seal all ingredients in a sous-vide bag. Cook in water bath at 183F for 1 hour. Drizzle cooking liquid over pears and serve with vanilla ice cream.
