Ingredients
  

  • 1 turkey breast boneless
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 1/4 C shallot julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 stalks fresh rosemary about 2 T loose

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water bath to 165F.
  • Vacuum seal all ingredients in bag.
  • Place the bag in the water bath until the core of the turkey reaches at least 165F, about 2 hours.
  • Slice turkey and serve over mashed potatoes, drizzle with cooking liquid.
